Sheriff Toulon Delivers Proclamation to Concert Choir
Dr. Errol D. Toulon Jr., Suffolk County Sheriff, visited Central Islip High School to deliver a Proclamation to the CIHS Concert Choir on Tuesday, Feb. 10.
The choir, led by Mr. John Anthony, was invited to perform at Sheriff Toulon's third inauguration on January 16. The morning ceremony concluded with a memorable performance from the highly esteemed choir, and Sheriff Toulon wanted to visit to offer remarks to those who attended.
"You all gave such a wonderful performance that I've had people come up to me countless times since then to compliment you," he said.
After giving the Proclamation and the Sheriff Toulon Community Leadership Award, Sheriff Toulon treated the students to snacks and pizza.
