Egg-celent! CIHS PTSA Hosts Annual Easter Egg Hunt
The halls and cafeteria of Central Islip High School were buzzing with excitement on Saturday morning for the district-wide easter egg hunt, hosted by the CIHS PTSA.
Families were welcomed at the front by volunteer staff and high school students before they had the opportunity to enjoy refreshments, play games, do activities, get face paint and take pictures with the easter bunny.
Three waves of easter egg hunts commenced to give specific age ranges fair chances to collect eggs in the cafeteria. Once a student collected a gold egg, they were able to get a prize in the cafeteria.
